Vinasc Group is a group of Companies specializing in offering consultancy services for Foreign Enterprises doing business in Vietnam.

With over 10 years experience in the field of consulting, we have served most businesses and investors from other countries operating in Vietnam.

Currently, we are continuing to invest and expand our scale. Along with that development, we want to invite organizations and individuals to participate as shareholder and collaborators in customer care and development. As follows:

1. Foreigners, with the following conditions:

• Want to cooperate and work in the field of consulting.
• Live in Vietnam or abroad.
• Job can be done online or offline to take care of and develop customers.
• Benefits: 10% of revenue or percentage of profits. Depending on the choice of the option of being Shareholder or Collaborator.
• Can contribute capital and be a co-owner of the Company.

2. Vietnamese, with the following conditions:

• Want to cooperate and work in the field of consulting, prioritizing collaborators with experience in the field of interpretation, translation, accounting and auditing.
• Live in Vietnam or abroad.
• Work online and collaborators.
• Benefits: 10% of revenue for customers developed by collaborators. This 10% commission is calculated forever♥♥ ♥until the customer terminates the cooperation at Vinasc Group.

3. Highlights of our cooperation policy:

• Share the benefits if you are a shareholder of the Company.
• Enjoy 10% of revenue forever during the process of cooperation between customers and Vinasc Group’s system.
• The Collaboration does not affect the Collaborator’s current work. This means that Collaborators can still work in tandem with their current work.

System of Vinasc Group’s subsidiaries:

• Vinasc Accounting and Tax Consulting Company Limited. Customers mainly communicate in Vietnamese and English. Therefore, we will look for Collaborators using Vietnamese and English.
• Japan SC Company Limited. Customers are mainly from Japan. Therefore, we will look for Shareholders and Collaborators using Japanese and from Japan.
• Korea SC Company Limited. Customers are mainly from Korea. Therefore, we will look for Shareholders and Collaborators using Korean and from Korea.
• China SC Company Limited. Customers are mainly from China. Therefore, we look for Shareholders and Collaborators using Chinese and from China.
• Taiwan SC Company Limited. Customers are mainly from Taiwan. Therefore, we look for Shareholders and Collaborators using Traditional Chinese and from Taiwan.

Our goal is to expand the customer base, service scope and standardize the process and service quality. With the above efforts, Vinasc Group hopes to satisfy customers and be a reliable firm for investors when investing in Vietnam.

4. Steps to proceed with the agreement and sign the cooperation:

• Step 1: Collaborators and Investors consider meeting the criteria and conditions proposed by Vinasc Group.
• Step 2: Both sides discuss and answer the concerns, especially the implementation plan and development orientation of the Company.
• Step 3: Proceed to sign the contract or carry out the investment procedures.
